Freelance Social Media Strategist for social campaigns review
We are looking for an independent social media strategist to review our overall comms strategy and enable us to align with the most effective social platforms.
Our organisation supports disability employee resource group, or network, leaders to build the confidence of their disabled employees as well as the development of leaders themselves.
We’ve recently made our inner confidence material, including a learning course for disabled individuals, freely available and we want to extend the reach of this content. We also want to build brand awareness to attract new leads from organisations who want to invest in their disability ERG/Networks.
Our LinkedIn presence is good and we have success with paid advertising through the platform, but we need to grow on Meta and TikTok to reach disabled individuals.
We have worked with external advertising agencies, but would benefit from an independent review of our comms to understand how we can strengthen our online presence and lead generation.
Working with a disabled individual who understands the barriers experienced in the workplace would be an advantage, but not essential.
