Freelance Creative Strategist with Paid Performance Channels Experience at Restless

Restless is on the search for an experienced performance marketing-led Creative Strategist to support on one of our hero accounts (in the beauty and wellness sector), as well as with the creation of new business proposals across a range of consumer sectors. In this role, you’ll own the creative direction, driving ideation, scripting, briefing and analysis from end to end. You’ll be responsible for developing, testing and scaling high-performing creative that delivers measurable results across Meta and TikTok.

You’ll work closely with designers, producers, media buyers and account managers to ensure creative output is strategically sound, performance-driven and executed to a high standard. You will build these concepts into clear client presentations and present these ideas with confidence to the client.

The ideal candidate would have experience in beauty/wellness, in the creation of performance marketing assets (particularly paid social), winning of new business and with AI tools. Despite this being a freelance position, we would look to partner on a mid to long term basis, with semi-frequent days in our office in Borough Market, and on-site at our clients offices across London.
