This role is all about building and shaping omnichannel membership journeys, bringing big ideas to life through always-on activity, connected customer experiences, and smart planning across channels:
• Loyalty & membership strategy • Personalisation, CRM & digital touchpoints • Audience insight, comms planning & media thinking • Joining the dots across marketing & channel teams
If you’ve got experience in retail / shopper / commerce planning and get a kick out of turning insight into meaningful engagement, this one’s worth a look.
📅ASAP start for approx. 4 months initially 📍Must be able to be office based in London 1-2 days pw
