I’m partnering with a well-established food & drink business who are looking for an experienced Freelance D2C Strategist to help define and scale their owned D2C channel.
The channel has strong foundations - a highly engaged CRM database, solid email performance, and an existing eCommerce setup, but is still in its early stages.
They’re now looking for someone senior and unbiased to set the longer-term D2C ambition, build a clear strategy, and identify the key levers to drive sustainable growth (traffic, conversion and AOV).
This role will work closely with the internal team to: 🔹Define realistic growth targets and success metrics 🔹Support onboarding and direction of CRO and web development agencies 🔹Review the current Shopify setup and broader tech stack 🔹Advise on scaling questions such as fulfilment, platform mix and new customer acquisition
They’re keen to speak with people who have scaled D2C food & drink brands and who understand omnichannel but know how to drive it through owned D2C.
