Strategist with DEI expertise and FMCG experience
This role will focus on identifying strategic opportunities for a large scale UK based FMCG brand to connect in more relevant and meaningful ways with diverse, underserved audiences.
This will involve uncovering emerging needs, behaviours and consumption moments across an increasingly diverse UK audience and finding opportunities to serve these audiences and communities in new and meaningful ways - through communications, product and service innovation, experiences and more.
We’re looking for someone strong in desk research, social listening and category, competitor analysis and client workshop facilitation, who can identify big opportunity spaces for innovation and growth. Someone who can think broader than comms and translate finding into interesting product ideas, innovation platforms and broader brand, media and partnership opportunities.
