Senior Comms Strategist with luxury and digital exp
We are looking for a heavyweight Senior Strategist to join Twin for a 20-week sprint, with opportunity to turn into a FT position. This role will lead a critical component of a significant marketing transformation project for Rolex. The mandate is audacious: To reinvent how the world interacts with Rolex. This is a rare chance to touch one of the world’s most significant brands at a moment of pivotal change. If you are ready to help lay out the future for Rolex, we want to speak with you. Our brief is to move beyond traditional brand campaign cycles; shifting Rolex from a broadcast-led brand to a digital-first ecosystem. Rethinking the role of owned channels, paid media, retail, & partnerships. You will help write the blueprint for this future.
You will be Twin’s lead within a multi-agency strategy team contributing to the wider vision and number of other connected workstreams but holding specific autonomy and ownership over three critical workstreams:
You are a senior-level strategist (10+ years) with deep experience in driving complex marketing transformation and defining modern comms ecosystems, ideally bringing specific fluency in SGE and AI discovery. Crucially, you can couple this expertise with a deep appreciation for the unique physics of Luxury marketing—understanding how to modernise the experience without compromising the aura of exclusivity and desire.
