Mid-weight Strategist for corporate culture and employer brand
Looking for a mid-weight strategist to support in building a corporate culture strategy and employer brand for a client.
Will suit a brand strategist with an understanding of business strategy, and has employer brand / EVP experience. Must be confident working for a global client and has strong qual research skills.
Outputs include developing insights from desk research, writing up insights from leadership interviews, running / supporting focus groups, interpreting quant findings and developing strong narrative to inform culture strategy and shifts.
Will support in building out the global EVP in response to culture strategy. Scope to develop activation and embedding strategy too later in the year.
