At The Plated Project, we’re looking for someone who can make people stop scrolling. If you can turn a brand story into high-performing ad creatives and emailers, and you understand what works (and what doesn’t) on Meta, we’d love to work with you.

You’ll work 2–3 hours a day (remote, flexible) with our in-house designer and performance team to bring ideas to life — testing, iterating, and sharpening what works.

Must-haves: Sharp copywriting for ads and emailers Understanding of D2C and Meta performance dynamics Ability to take a brief, create multiple variations, and see it through to final delivery
