Working across our flagship brands in Europe you will be at the heart of creating culture-first  activations, that truly make an impact on our consumers and our business.  You will combine your deep understanding of effective FMCG brand strategy, with your knowledge of the cultural and social landscape to create strategies that eCectively connect our audiences with our brands, through what they care about. 

You will dive deep into consumer behaviour, track social trends, and uncover cultural shifts to inform creative strategies that push the boundaries of brand storytelling. You’ll play a critical role in turning insights into action, ensuring our creative work is grounded in real-world relevance and delivers results that matter.

You’ll need

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, brand planning, or a related role within an agency or in-house team. 
  • A passion for culture, trends, and the ever-changing landscape of social media and consumer behaviour. 
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to distil data and insights into clear, actionable strategies. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories around data and insights. 
  • Experience with social listening tools, analytics platforms, and campaign measurement. 
  • Collaborative mindset, with a desire to work closely with creative teams and brand stakeholders.
