Senior Experience Strategist at Proto

⭐ Freelance Gig Alert at Proto!⭐️ We’re seeking a Senior Experience Strategist to join Proto for a 9-week engagement beginning September 29th (with potential to extend).

What we’re looking for:

• 3-5 years of experience in strategy or innovation consulting, with bonus exposure to retail or healthcare
• Ideally, based in the greater NYC area
• The ability to identify and translate user behaviors into growth opportunities
• Journey mapping expertise and the ability to tie brand and experience together 
• Strong synthesis and storytelling skills
• Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

This role will support senior team members as we develop a 5-year growth strategy alongside a C-level team, and make it tangible to inspire the organization.
