Freelance Strategist with knowledge of the Milan Food & Beverage Scene.

I am looking for a Brand Strategist with recent experience in Milan’s dining scene — from Michelin stars to what’s hot (and what’s not). This 8-week role starts w/c 15th September (fully remote) with a luxury hospitality design agency.

The Role The project is confirmed! You’ll take the lead on shaping three F&B concepts end-to-end, developing the overarching strategy, brand story, and positioning. A senior designer will support, but the strategist must confidently own the F&B vision and deliverables. Scope includes: Market insight & trend analysis Concept foundations (values, guest profile, brand personality) Roadmap: brand positioning Guest experience design, naming & design strategy Input into visual identity creation What You’ll Bring Proven background as an F&B Strategist in luxury hospitality First-hand Milanese food scene expertise (last 2–3 years) Ability to develop brand concepts & storytelling at a high level Track record of leading projects from concept to delivery
