Strategy Project Lead/Head of Insight/Director of Research (Contract) at harnham

We are seeking an experienced Strategy Project Lead to take over and deliver two ongoing strategic insight projects for a major household-name banking brand. Both projects focus on the first-time buyers market and are already underway — you will ensure a seamless transition, manage delivery to completion, and maintain strong client relationships. This is a hands-on strategic leadership role, ideal for an insight professional with a proven track record in multi-method research integration (quantitative, qualitative, social listening) and the ability to translate findings into clear, actionable strategies. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and manage project teams to ensure high-quality outputs.
