We’ve built a business people love — feedback culture programs, leadership training, and practical tools that actually change how teams talk and work.

Now we need a smart, strategic thinker to help us get louder about it.

We’re looking for someone who can: • Sharpen our positioning so we stand out • Help us focus on what works (and ditch what doesn’t) • Turn engagement into qualified leads • Build a B2B marketing roadmap that’s clever and practical

It’s a short-term gig, budgeted up to $6K, kicking off in September.
