We’re looking for brilliant freelance strategists / associate consultants.

🧠 The work: The projects are about Where to Play and How to Win in a healthier, happier, low-carbon world. They need imagination, ambition, provocative flair and commercial rigour.

👤 You: You’ll ideally be mid–senior level (ex-agency, boutique, or management consultancy) with 15 to 20 years experience. You’ll be familiar with innovation, category strategy, proposition and service design.

Sharp thinking, good frameworks and clarity of expression essential. You need to have imaginative flair but you also need to be good with numbers - i.e. unafraid of commercial modelling. Sustainability literacy - environmental or social is a big plus.

🌱 Us: We’re EdenLab, designing the companies of tomorrow. You’ll be working with a small, driven, friendly team on a mission to build the leading firms of the low carbon economy - balancing commercial logic with positive impact.
