Social Media Strategist at Healing Centre of Australia

The Healing Centre of Australia – a growing wellness brand dedicated to helping individuals, organisations, and businesses access calm, clarity, and resilience through holistic practices – is looking for a strategic and creative Instagram Social Media Strategist to join our team. This is a new business my client has launched. She understands what is needed, but we simply do not have the time to implement and need to outsource this part of the business.

We’re ready to grow our Instagram presence with intention, insight, and authenticity. If you’re a digital marketing professional who knows how to translate wellness into scroll-stopping content and meaningful engagement, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Develops tailored Instagram strategies aligned with brand goals and wellness audiences
• Understands platform-specific algorithms and best practices for Reels, Stories, Lives, and carousels
• Focuses on increasing reach, engagement, followers, and conversions through thoughtful strategy
• Tracks and interprets key metrics like impressions, saves, shares, reach, and engagement rate
• Stays on top of the latest Instagram trends, features, and content formats
• Collaborates with team members including our community manager, designers, and paid ad strategist
• Aligns visual storytelling and messaging with a brand that blends holistic healing with evidence-based practices

MUST HAVE

• Experience working in the health/wellness, coaching, or personal development industries
• A strong portfolio of past Instagram strategies and results
• Access to working with the AEST time zone is preferred, or with some availability during our business hours in Australia.
