The International Permaculture CoLab is looking for a strategic thinker and social media expert to help us grow our impact in 2025.

🌍 About the Role: 🔹 Develop and implement a communication strategy for the CoLab’s outreach 🔹 Expand our reach on YouTube & LinkedIn using algorithm-driven content strategy 🔹 Collaborate within a decentralized team using sociocratic principles

💼 This is a part-time freelance position with equitable pay (approx. £28-£30/hour), flexible hours, and a budgeted 60-hour scope of work.

📝 Essential skills & experience: ✅ Proven track record in strategic communication & social media growth ✅ Experience with nonprofits, cooperatives, or regenerative movements ✅ Ability to work within a capped budget while maximizing impact
