I’m looking for a Social Media Consultant/Freelancer with experience in social media listening, monitoring, and analysis to help support our high profile clients at Mangold Consultancy.

Mangold Consultancy is a specialist crisis communications agency working with multiple national & global brands.

About the role: ▶️ Part-time/freelance basis with an agreed number of hours per month ▶️ Includes joining an on-call rota to provide crisis support for our clients ▶️ Fee is retainer basis plus actual hours worked

What we’re looking for: ✅ Deep understanding of the major social media platforms ✅ Experience with social media listening and media monitoring platforms, including Brandwatch, Cision, Meltwater and Talkwalker ✅ Flexible and able to meet challenging demands at short notice and OOH ✅ Experienced in delivering social monitoring reports ✅ Experience managing social media in a crisis is an advantage
