An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a leading marketeer with demonstrable experience of building market leading brands and exceptional customer experience to join our Brand & Marketing department as Head of Brand on a 12 month fixed term contract / secondment. This role is responsible for the global development of the British Airways brand and how this translates into the customer experience.
In your role as Head of Brand%2C you will establish the British Airways brand strategy and integrate into the customer experience proposition and brand design. You%92ll lead a portfolio of brand projects%2C working across the British Airways business to deliver alignment to the brand vision and platform%2C building long-term brand strength.
