R/GA (LDN) are seeking a mid-to-senior level Strategist who specializes in product & experience to support user validation of .com future-vision concepts to inform an overall roadmap
This role will be responsible for structuring and executing qualitative and quantitative validation testing with the design target.
More on responsibilities:
Design discussion guides and validation questions to gather insights from quantitative surveys and qualitative user interviews.
Conduct remote user interviews and moderate usability testing sessions with research participants
Analyze testing results and synthesize findings into clear insights and data-driven recommendations
Pull together all synthesized insights and recommendations into an actionable summary presentation for clients
Collaborate with the design team to refine concepts based on user testing outcomes
