Looking to work with an experienced social content strategist for skincare brand Sofie Pavitt Face.
Your role will be to strategize, plan and post social content with messaging from our in house strategist and direct/edit/oversee our in house art/content creator.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
- Work closely with brand strategist to drive community management across TT and IG
- Engage with our customers and followers across social media in a manner that best reflects our brand values and mission.
- Surface key learnings from our community to our leadership team.
- Work closely with our customer service team to ensure we are responding to all customers in a timely and appropriate manner in regards to their orders.
- Manage the day to day of social platforms, including daily posting of content to Instagram grid, Instagram Stories, and TikTok.
- Ability to execute social media strategies that result in an elevation of the brand and overall brand awareness.
- Ability to conceptualize, coordinate, and create compelling content alongside freelancer in house for social channels to drive growth and engagement.
- Help coordinate, grow, and foster relationships with our community of content creators.
- Work closely with the brand strategist to execute marketing strategies in an organized and efficient manner.
- Stay abreast of key industry trends, competitive insights and industry leaders in social media.
